*The units are separated from the Elderly to the Family sections
*We have handicap units available
*On-site maintenance staff to take care of repairs, grounds keeping, and 24 hr. emergency phone for after-hour emergencies
*Every unit has access to a storm shelter that has seating and electricity
*Community Center, which is available to rent out for a $250 rental Fee and a $100 Deposit.
*Meals on Wheels is located inside the Administration office
